Whether it's personal or professional, success is important to everyone. Success is subjective, in business and in life success means different things to different people--as well it should.
But one fact is universal: Real success, the kind that exists on multiple levels, is impossible without building great relationships. Real success is impossible unless you treat other people with kindness, regard, and respect.
Many times we don't think too much about how we treat others.
Today I challenge you to think about your relationships (both personal and professional) and how you are building meaningful connections. How do you treat people who you can't benefit from? Is how you treat people dependent on their title, and social and economic status? Are you kind? Compassionate? Often how we treat others says a lot about who we are as a person. Think about how you treat others and how your experiences have influenced how you treat people.
