The 31 Day Live On Purpose Challenge Day 1: How to Live A Purposeful & Empowered Life
Today I kicked off my 31 day Live on Purpose challenge as I prepare for the release of my forthcoming book Live On Purpose: A Guide on How to Live a Purposeful and Empowered Life. Many of us spend a great deal of our time doing things that are not aligned with who we are at our core. The time has come to stop wasting time living mediocre and unfulfilled lives and start living purposeful and empowered ones . Each of us was born for a specific reason. Our existence in this world is not an accident. We are purposeful beings and despite what we may believe about ourselves, we matter! I matter and YOU matter, too.
If you are at a place in your life where things may not be going exactly as you planned or if your life isn’t how you imagined it would be I’m here to tell you that’s ok! No one has it all together all the time. We are all works in progress and as such are all capable at ANY time in our lives to start making changes and transforming our lives into what we want them to be. So if you are feeling unsatisfied let today be the day you start making a change. That is where the Live On Purpose challenge comes in.
The goal of this challenge is geared towards helping you become more focused and in tune with your inner self and not the external shell you’ve learned to put on display for the world. Your inner self is who you are at your core without the makeup, or the clothes, or the adornments that we cover ourselves in. It’s who you are once you remove the mask you’ve learned to wear. It’s stripping down to your true self. Your inner self is the spirit that makes your outer self come alive. It is your soul. This 31 Day challenge requires you to look within yourself and re-discover who you are, what you truly want for your life, and what it is that inspires and motivates you. In short, what I want you to do is to stop “going with the flow” and start living more purposefully and intentionally.
The reason being that once we start really thinking about who we are, what we do, and why we do certain things we may discover that a lot of the things we give our time and energy to really don’t add any value or benefit to our overall growth. So really this is about learning to identify and eliminate those things/activities and even people that are not contribut
