How Are You Tapping Into Your Authencity? It's Day 8 of the 31 Day Live On Purpose Challenge. One of the key drivers of being successful in your industry or in the work that you do is being able to differentiate yourself from others who are doing what you're doing. For writers, we call it "finding your voice" and staying true to it. In other industries it's branding and how you market your product. Today, I want you to think about how you're tapping into your authenticity and ensuring that you stay true to who you are in the work that you do. Think about what makes you different. What's your competitive advantage? What skill, trait, or characteristic do you have that makes you stand out from everyone else? How can you leverage that and build on that in the work that you do?
